The Exchange club of Brunswick held their weekly meeting, and our guest speaker was club member and author and county commissioner David Sweat. New book author, and Glynn County Commissioner, David Sweat, spoke at a recent meeting, giving an overview of his book “Brunswick’s Golden Era of Minor League Baseball.” The book takes the reader on a Deep Dive describing life as a minor league baseball player in 1950’s Brunswick.
